     The Cronin Company is a family run business that deals with residential and commercial real estate in the St. Louis central corridor.  Our business is divided into two categories.  The first specializes in buying homes in  “as is” condition and readying them for resale. The second is the rental of multi-family apartments and commercial space in the University City, Richmond Heights and Clayton  areas. 

    Our web page provides information and photographs of many of our properties, and is designed to assist prospective buyers, tenants and agents in previewing our rental properties and renovation projects.
